Point of Sale & Inventory Management



Proven Software's Point of Sale & Inventory Management Module is ideal for any firm which wishes to maintain perpetual inventory and sell items directly from this inventory.

Proven CHOICE® Inventory provides for intake of inventory and maintains Quantity on hand levels, suggested pricing and estimated cost.

CHOICE® Inventory may be organized on a user defined "Product Group" basis.

Important Inventory reports include:
Value of Inventory (by Product Group)
Re-order Report (notification of the need to restock)
Sales Activity History by Item - summary & detailed

Inventory Sales Entry allows the sale of items from inventory; quantities on hand are updated upon sale; users are shown quantity availability on sales entry screen.

The module allows the sale of items which are not stocked, such as intangibles. As is appropriate, quantity on hand for such items is not updated or maintained. The suggested pricing for such items is maintained and used by the Sales Entry program.

The "Inventory Sales Entry" screen also allows free-form entries and the sale of items/services which are not a part of the inventory system. This is an important flexibility for many firms.

    Inventory Sales Entry (Point of Sale) is fully integrated to the Proven CHOICE Accounts Receivable & General Ledger Modules.

    You may run the Point of Sale and Inventory Management module in either character based or with an X-win graphical interface. It's your CHOICE!
