Proven CHOICE^® Inventory is ideal for small to mid-sized companies which wish to keep perpetual inventory of items for sale. As well as maintaining quantity levels for inventory, important management reports are included such as:

-Value of Inventory

-Inventory Sales Activity & History: quantity and dollar sales by date range

Inventoried items may be sold directly form Proven CHOICE^®'s Sales Entry/ Point of Sale program. This flexible program also handles and allows the sale of intangible or non-stocking items.

Proven CHOICE^® Time Inventory & POS is fully integrated into the Proven CHOICE^® Accounts Receivable and General Ledger Modules.

The module is appropriate for a wide range of companies and organizations. The module supplements the rapidly growing Proven CHOICE^® line of integrated accounting programs which also include Professional Time Billing along with the core General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and One-Step Check Processing modules.

As with all Proven CHOICE^® programs, users of the CHOICE^® Inventory & Point of Sale may use either a graphical or a character based interface.
